NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 3, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated September 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 412008CA008178XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 CW1 ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and VICTOR CARMEN; YOLANDA CARMEN; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD ACHIPS@ B. SHORE, III, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at website of www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT PART OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LYING SOUTH OF ACEMETARY ACCESS ROAD@; COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 209 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH, AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF THE SAID NORTH 1/2, A DISTANCE OF 443 FEET; THENCE WEST, PARALLEL TO SAID NORTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2, 265 FEET; THENCE NORTH 443 FEET; THENCE EAST 265 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
