NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 07-06316 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Patti Bosco; Joel F Bosco; Mers, Inc.; and Unknown Tenants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 18, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A, AND 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A person claiming A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
