The administration of the estate of Myrna L. Dehnert a/k/a Myrna Lawrene Dehnert, deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is PO. Box 25400, Bradenton, FL 34206. The estate is intestate. The names and addresses of the personal representative and personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested persons on whom a copy of the notice of administration is served must object to the validity of the will (or any codicil), qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief in accordance with the Florida Probate

Any person entitled to exempt property is required to tile a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to elective share is required to file an election to take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
