YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property located at 7000 Gulf Drive, Unit 111, Holmes Beach, Florida 34217, in Manatee County, Florida, has been filed against you. The real property is more particularly described as:
Unit No. 111, TIFFANY PLACE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 926, Page 1572, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 8, Pages 189-194, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to such action on Jennifer M. LaRocco, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Barnes Walker, Goethe, & Hoonhout, Chartered, 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, on or before October 22, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
