NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001991 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Ryan R. Palka and Lauren Palka a/k/a Lauren Nicole Zotto are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 50, OF PARKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 160 THROUGH 167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
