NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of January, 2013, at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 2, Block 10, Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 95, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly Known As; 6116 Freemont Street, North Port, Florida 34287
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2012 CA 000772 NC, I and G, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Robert Simpson, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
