NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008754 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ERIC A. GERVAIS; ANGELA J. GERVAIS; SYNOVUS BANK; REGIONS BANK; JOHN TENANT n/k/a LOGAN MELISSA and JANE TENANT n/k/a MERI JEAN MELISSA are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on November 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 54, SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 94, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
