C of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT SHAWN MCLOUGHLIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, HIGH ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
