NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 16, 2012, and entered in 2009 CA 008283 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and HRISTINKA SAVESKA; DRAGE N. SAVESKI A/K/A DRAGE SAVESKI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 484, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
