NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 25, 2012, and entered in 2008 CA 006241 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.,AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II TRUST 2006-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR1, is the Plaintiff and JOSE BARRERO; MARTHA BUSTAMANTE; JOHN DOE NKA ENRIQUE HUERTA; JANE DOE NKA EDELMIRA HUERTA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 601, KENSINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
