BURKS, SR.; DEBORAH L. BURKS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MITCHELL BURKS JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ROSIE CRAWFORD are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2609, FIFTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TOT HE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13 THROUGH 13NN, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
