NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 24th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011CA000884NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN M NOHE A/K/A KATHLEEN NOHE, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD E NOHE, DECEASED; RICHARD E NOHE, II, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD E NOHE, DECEASED; SUNTRUST BANK; VERANDA II AT HERITAGE OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD E NOHE II, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD E NOHE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN M NOHE A/K/A KATHLEEN NOHE, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD E NOHE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD E NOHE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 714 BUILDING 7, VERANDA II AT HERITAGE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD INSTRUMENT #1998105607; AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF, IF ANY; IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
