NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Other Relief entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Civil Action Number 2011 CA 003991 NC, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said County, described as:
Lot 20 and the West half of Lot 21, Block B, ENGLEWOOD VIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 140, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida together with a perpetual non-exclusive driveway easement for the purpose of ingress and egress of persons and vehicles to and from Lot 20 and the West half of Lot 21, Block B, ENGLEWOOD VIEW SUBDIVISION over, across and upon the southerly portion of the East half of Lot 21, Block B, ENGLEWOOD VIEW SUBDIVISION being more particularly described as an approximate right triangle with legs of 26.25 feet each, one leg being the southerly boundary line and the other leg a portion of the boundary line of the East half of Lot 21, the triangle's third side being approximately 37 feet, the angle opposite this third side being 89 degrees, 56 minutes and the apex of this angle being the southwest corner of the East half of Lot 21, Block B, ENGLEWOOD VIEW SUBDIVISION
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the 10 day of October, 2012, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
