NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007084 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JULIO DASILVA; ROSANNE DASILVA; PALMER GLEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JULIO DASILVA, JR, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, OF PALMER GLEN, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40 AT PAGES 45, 45A THROUGH 45E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
