NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005441 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK,NA AS TRUSTEE,BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-9 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MARLENE K. GLICK; STRATHMORE VILLA CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 3-A, STRATHMORE VILLA CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS F/K/A HAMPTON HOUSE, STRATHMORE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 465, PAGE 798 AND BY VIRTUE OF MERGER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1349, PAGE 244, AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2516, PAGE 2634, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 9 AND 10, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
