NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012, wherein Plaintiff is SYNOVUS BANK, and Defendants are SEMINOLE MANAGEMENT, L.L.C., ROBERT W. DOLL, LARRY D. SIMS, and ROSEANN SIMS, that Karen Rushing, the Clerk of the above named Court, will on the 18 day of October, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described real property situate in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8, and the West ½ of Lot 10, Block E, THE UPLANDS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 15, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is listed above.
