Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 08-CA-024252, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-80CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-80CB is the Plaintiff, and FRANK LULGJURAJ, et al., are the Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 13-908, ISLAND WALK, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 66, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11004, PAGE 637, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS CREATED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4606, PAGE 1182, TOGETHER WITH SUPPLEMENTAL RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4991, PAGE 366, AND AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of October, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
