NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 07, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-007956 (H) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and RITA SPRINGER, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 49, TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
