NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-007099 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and NATASHA JONES, KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, BRELON JONES, THE ESTATES OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1. LAKEVIEW VILLAGE SECTION M ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92 PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
