NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, entered in Case No. 08-CA-023520 DIV. A SECTION I RF of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA8 is the Plaintiff and Jonathan Cesar Gilman aka Jonathan Gilman; Stone Creek Townhomes Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners n/k/a Kiyani Whitfield are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 201/202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 08 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK B, STONECREEK TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 231 THRU 236 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
