LOT 28, IN BLOCK 2 OF PURITY SPRINGS HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART OF SAID LOT 28 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE END I.P., P.C., LOT 28, AND RUN THENCE EAST 20 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, THENCE 120 FEET NORTH TO THE BOUNDARY OF LOT 7, THENCE EAST 5 FEET, THENCE 120 FEET SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE EASEMENT OFF W. BIRD STREET AND THENCE 5 FEET WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, whose address is 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is September 14, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
