Residence unknown and if living, including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if remarried and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown name Defendant as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
A portion of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1, HICKORY HAMMOCK, UNIT NO. 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and run thence South 00 degrees 35 Minutes 09 seconds East, 125 feet along the West boundary of said Lot 5; run thence North 89 degrees 24 Minutes 51 seconds West, 93 feet; run thence North 00 Degrees 35 Minutes 09 Seconds East, 125 feet to the South Right-of-Way line of Mitchell Drive; and run thence South 89 Degrees 24 Minutes 51 Seconds East, 93 feet along said Right-of-Way line to the Point of Beginning.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by October 15, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
