NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2007, and entered in Case No. 06-CA-004075, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS SERIES 2004-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and AUDREY TYGARD PROVENCHER A/K/A AUDREY T. PROVENCHER F/K/A AUDREY K. TYGARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY TYGARD PROVENCHER A/K/A AUDREY T. PROVENCHER F/K/A AUDREY K. TYGARD; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, IN BLOCK 7, OF CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS, UNIT IV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
