NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-031695 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC., Plaintiff, and SCOTT CAMPBELL; ASHLEY CAMPBELL; are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 5, SCHNEIDER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
