NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, on October 11, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.., at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Rooms 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
LOT 12-A, BLOCK B-2, SUNDANCE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is commonly known as Lot 1 Stagecoach Trail, Wimauma, Florida 33598.
