NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-032686 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and LOUIS L. GREENE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 13, BOYETTE SPRINGS SECTION 'B' UNIT 4, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 6, of the Public Records of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida.
