YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Kings Lake Neighborhood Association, Inc. which is located in Hillsborough County and which is more fully described as:
Lot 30, Block 9, Kings Lake Phase 2B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 98, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 6939 Crown Lake Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Nichola G. Ahrens, Esq., Grove Law Office, P.A., 2600 East Bay Drive, Suite 220, Largo, Florida 33771, on or before October 15, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
