BEING the same premises conveyed to Jami Stewart, single, by Fee Simple Deed from Sierra Building Company, d/b/a Custom Craft Homes, as set forth in Deed Book 11741, Page 74, dated June 20, 2002, and recorded June 27, 2002, in the Hillsborough County Records, State of Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERIC N. APPLETON, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before October 15, 2012, a date within 30 days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
