NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-001831 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ERIC M. KLUMPP A/K/A ERIC KLUMPP; VIVIANE P. KLUMPP A/K/A VIVIANE KLUMPP; PNC BANK SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; TOPAZ AT SAPHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAPPHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 11th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 712, BUILDING NO. 7, TOPAZ AT SAPPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1655, PAGES 382, THROUGH 472, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO USE CARPORT NO. 712
