NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-005763 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and GRACIELLA FOSSARELLI; PABLO SEVERO; MELINDA SEVERO A/K/A MELINA SEVERO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A LINDA ORTIZ are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
