NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-009565-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10 day of October, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 180 feet of Tract 112, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 73 through 74, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
