notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-1342-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2005-FM1, Plaintiff, and EULALIO CRUZ, YANYSLET PEREZ ROBAINA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100194480000426880), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 267, UNIT 7, GOLDEN GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
