C, PHASE III, OF ANGLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, AT PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ANGLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 956, AT PAGE 189, AND AS AMENDED, AND THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 960, PAGES 932-938, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 30 days from first publication and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
