notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009981 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT1 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, Plaintiff and J. Gary Shirk are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 76, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 97, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 95 AND 96, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
