NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2010and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003509 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein National City Bank successor by merger to National City Mortgage, Co, is the Plaintiff and Francisco Fernandez; Praxedes R. Fulgaron; Praxedes R. Pulgaron; and Bank of America, N.A., are the Defendants. the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in The First Floor Atrium - 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Annex Bldg. Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 9, 2012, described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 140, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 9-10, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
