notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2719-CC of the COUNTY Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LAUREL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DEBORAH A. D'ATTILO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH A. D'ATTILO; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA and TARGET NATIONAL BANK/TARGET VISA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: At 1st Floor, Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 178, Block D, Laurel Lakes Phase One at Laurelwood, a P.U.D., according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page(s) 32, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
