NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-02384 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Benigno Lopez, Maria C Lopez a/k/a Maria Lopez, Care-Free Corporation d/b/a Care-Free Pools, River Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK B, PALM RIVER ESTATES UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 28 THROUGH 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FL

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
