NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-08461 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services LLC, is the Plaintiff and Joseph Lindsay, Stacy Lindsay, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
