NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-001648 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York,As Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-45T1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-45T1 is the Plaintiff and Gabriele Helbig; Gerhard Helbig; Quail Creek Property Owners Association, Inc.; JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. Successor in Interest to Washington Mutual Bank, F.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, QUAIL CREEK BLOCK Z, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
