Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-010282 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 9 day of October, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LYING BEING AND SITUATED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTHERLY 30 FEET OF PARCEL OF LAND HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED; THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
