NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2010, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007494 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC. F/K/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and Norman K. Roberts; Current Tenant(s); Louis S. Erickson, Esq.; Linda C. Roberts; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 9, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 51, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
