NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 6, 2012, in Case No. 1103801CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., is Plaintiff, and ALDO CASSINA, RAQUEL ESPINOSA, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract No. 14 of that certain subdivision known as GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, Unit 80, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Plat Book 5, page 18.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
