NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 6, 2012, in Case No. 2011-CA-03988 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc, is Plaintiff, and Daniel W. Kelly, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 14, WILSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
