NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0904144CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and THOMAS ENNIS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4-302 THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305 PAGES 0656 THROUGH 0758, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
