NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 12, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2008-CA-002081 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR DE LONG A/K/A ARTHUR D DELONG; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTHUR DE LONG A/K/A ARTHUR D DELONG N/K/A JANE DOE; FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 717, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGES 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE 169. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
