notice is hereby given pursuant to the Court's Order dated September 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002583 in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and wherein PETER PERISIC, ALEKSANDRA PERISIC, VARENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at the Atrium 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in Collier County on October 11, 2012, at 11:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING 12, PHASE XII, VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND INDENTWED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4007, AT PAGE 1808, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
