NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002342 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, wherein First American Bank f/k/a Pelican National Bank is the Plaintiff, and Lodi Radice Investments LLC is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of October, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 5, Horr's Island a/k/a Key Marco, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 5, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in any surplus arising from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
