NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 112009CA0001670001XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, where in MSF TRUST I , is the Plaintiff and LAURA LOU ROTH, LAURA I. ERB, LAURA ROTH, Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 10, 2012, at 11:00 AM, at FIRST FLOOR, ATRIUM AREA OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 4, Block I, LAKE PARK SUBDIVISION, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 35 and 36, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
