Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004072-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , JAMES P. MCMAHON A/K/A JAMES PATRICK MCMAHON; and MINERVA DIAZ-MCMAHON A/K/A MINERVA DIAZ; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS. INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, N.A.; and HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HUNTER'S LAKE INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 79, Hunter's Lake, Phase One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 41, through 44, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
