NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000373-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA as trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust 2005-S001 is the Plaintiff and HEIDELINDE MONTERO, Key Vista Master Homeowners' Association, Inc., Key Vista Single Family Homeowners' Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Heidelinde Montero, and Unknown Tenants in Possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2012 at 11:00 AM the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 654, KEY VISTA PARCEL 18, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 25 through 36, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
